Dana Johnson is Of Counsel at Garson, Segal, Steinmetz, Fladgate LLP.
A corporate transactional attorney specializing in private equity mergers and acquisitions, she also has extensive experience with venture capital transactions and general corporate matters. Most recently, Dana was a private equity associate at Ropes & Gray’s New York offices.
Dana began her career with Lathrop & Gage in Kansas City, Missouri, as a corporate associate. In law school, she served as a Congressional Fellow for the Hon. Howard Berman (D-CA).
Dana graduated in 2005 from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. She received her A.B. in Political Science from the University of Chicago in 2000.
