François is Of Counsel to the firm of Garson, Segal, Steinmetz, Fladgate LLP.
He brings his international legal experience and expertise in the area of corporate law, contracts, licensing, mergers and acquisitions and cross-border commercial transactions.
He focuses his practice on assisting foreign individuals and companies with their operations and development strategies in the U.S., and U.S. businesses with their operations in France.
Prior to joining GS2, François served as General Counsel for the Biofides Group, in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries, and formerly practiced as an M&A/Corporate Attorney with Reed Smith LLP.
François is duly qualified and trained in both the U.S. and France.
