Shirley Grinstein is a Miami-based associate attorney at GS2Law and focuses her practice on representing corporate clients, financial institutions, and individual business owners in complex business disputes. In her practice, she delivers strategic representation in breach of contract claims, business torts, and shareholder disputes, among others.
Before joining the firm, Shirley served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Raag Singhal of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and as a Certified Legal Intern at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where she gained valuable courtroom and trial preparation experience. In law school, she was a member of the Inter-American Law Review and competed on both the International Moot Court Team and the Mock Trial Team.
