GS2Law is an international boutique law firm with offices in New York, Miami and Pennsylvania that represents clients in a diverse range of corporate and real estate, commercial litigation, intellectual property, whistleblower, and other transactional matters.
GS2Law opened its doors over ten years ago in New York. During the outbreak of the global pandemic, the firm opened its Miami office. Today, our entrepreneurial law firm has deep roots in the local communities we serve, while at the same time remaining a part of the international communities from which we came. With our broad yet focused practice and a holistic approach that emphasizes vigorously addressing our clients’ legal issues and needs, comprehensively, we are entrusted by companies and individuals worldwide who rely on our skills, entrepreneurial advice and international reach to help them achieve their goals.
