Gabriella Fernandez is a Law Clerk at GS2Law, awaiting admission to the New York Bar. Gabriella focuses her practice on intellectual property law, with a particular interest in matters involving the creative industries.

During law school, Gabriella concentrated her studies and professional experience on intellectual property, completing legal internships with in-house counsel at fashion and media companies and participating in Cardozo School of Law’s Fashion Law Practicum. She also served as a member of the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal, where she deepened her understanding of the legal and commercial issues shaping today’s creative sectors.

Gabriella is dedicated to helping clients protect and advance their intellectual property interests while fostering innovation and creative expression.
