Appellate Litigation
GS2Law has appeared in cases to the US District Court of Appeals to the Second Circuit, the Court of Appeals of the State of New York, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on legal points of complexity and public importance. In addition, as part of the firm’s pro bono practice, our lawyers have also participated in amicus briefs to the US Supreme Court in for the American Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists.
Courts and Tribunals
GS2Law appears in cases before Federal District and State courts in, Florida, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and California in commercial, construction and intellectual property disputes. In addition, the firm regularly appears before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board, having taken multiple cases to full trial. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Arbitration and mediation are complementary components of the dispute resolution landscape and GS2 attorneys are both experienced and trained in both disciplines.
