Yitzchok Frenkel is an associate at GS2Law whose practice focuses on commercial litigation and business disputes. He represents companies and individuals in civil matters across a range of industries, bringing federal court experience and a practical, business-minded approach to litigation.
Prior to joining GS2Law, Yitzchok practiced with a consumer rights law firm, where he drafted pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation-related filings in federal consumer protection matters. He also gained experience through internships with New York litigation firms, where he worked on employment, commercial, and contract disputes involving wage and hour claims, discrimination actions, and complex contractual issues. His work included legal research, drafting memoranda, reviewing discovery, and assisting attorneys in developing litigation strategy.
During law school, Yitzchok served as a legal intern with the Breaking Barriers Pro Bono Law Project, assisting formerly incarcerated individuals in overcoming employment barriers through record correction and post-conviction relief applications.
Before pursuing a legal career, Yitzchok co-founded a healthcare services company that assisted nursing homes with Medicaid eligibility verification, patient financial processing, and payment management. This experience provided him with valuable insight into business operations, compliance, and client service.
