Pranav Katti is an intellectual property litigation associate in GS2Law’s New York office, where he represents businesses, creators, and innovators in copyright, trademark, patent, and commercial disputes.
Pranav focuses on protecting and enforcing clients’ intellectual property rights across industries. His clients have included photographers, authors, composers, designers, and consumer goods and technology companies, and he has litigated high-stakes IP disputes against some of the world’s largest technology companies. Before joining GS2Law, he practiced at both boutique and national law firms.
Pranav handles all phases of litigation, from drafting pleadings and dispositive motions to managing discovery, preparing and defending depositions, and working with technical and damages experts to negotiate favorable resolutions. He brings a practical, business-oriented approach to every matter, recognizing that IP disputes are about more than legal rights — they’re about protecting creativity, preserving brands, and advancing clients’ broader business goals. He works closely with clients to develop litigation strategies that are both effective and cost-conscious.
