Seasoned Creditors’ Rights, Bankruptcy and Litigation Attorney Joshua Kligler Joins GS2Law in Miami

GS2Law, an international boutique law firm with offices in New York, Miami and Pennsylvania, announced that Joshua Kligler has joined the firm as Of Counsel in its Miami, Florida office.

Kligler is an experienced litigator and trusted advisor handling matters involving contract disputes, fiduciary breaches, lender liability, computer fraud and abuse, landlord/tenant, residential and commercial foreclosures, and representation of creditors in bankruptcy court. Most recently, his practice has centered around representing financial institutions and small businesses with their portfolio recovery and bankruptcy matters. His practice extends statewide in both state and federal courts, including the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

Prior to his private practice work, Kligler was a judicial intern for the Honorable K. Rodney May in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court – Middle District of Florida.

Kliger received his law degree from Stetson University College of Law and his B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from the University of Florida.
