New York based production company Dendron Motion Pictures is proud to announce major developments on its new feature film LIVES. The incomparable talent, Christian Slater, has come on board the project and is currently in talks with the production team about playing the lead protagonist Charlie. Christian can currently be seen on FOX’s new series “BREAKING IN” that airs after American Idol on Wednesdays. The beautiful and quirky Krysten Ritter (“Confessions of a Shopaholic”, “27 Dresses”, ” She’s out of my league”) will be playing the female lead Ginger.

LIVES is a modern romantic tale of two intertwined souls who journey through time and lands to find one another again. Brian Scott Lederman wrote the script and will helm the project. The producing team of Brian and his wife Monica JY Lederman are the founders of Dendron Motion Pictures. Other producers attached include Robert Garson and Stephen Greenwald of GS2law, and Roy Hakimian. Dendron’s last feature film “MO” was a great success. MO premiered at the TriBeCa film festival, was featured at the Boston Film festival, and went on to win several awards on the festival circuit. MO was repped by sales agent Cinetic Media and released in numerous markets. LIVES is set to shoot in August 2011 in Connecticut.
