GS2Law Rocks at Bike4Chai

September 2, 2019 News

In August, Rob Garson and Michael “Myer” Steinmetz completed the 180-mile Bike4Chai bicycle ride once again. This was Rob’s third year and Michael’s second and this year was made even more special as GS2Law featured as a sponsor on the second-day shirt.

In this, its 10th year, Bike4Chai raised over $10,300,000 for Camp Simcha, part of Chai Lifeline, which provides an unforgettable summer experience, in a medically supervised environment, for children battling cancer and other serious illnesses.

Starting in Princeton, NJ, Day 1 of the ride finished in Pennsylvania after 109 miles of searing heat and, on the largest climb of the day, torrential rain. The riders cross the “World’s Greatest Finish Line” at Camp Simcha in Glen Spey, NY at the end of Day 2.

Even to be part of such a charity event is our privilege but to complete such a journey with a work comrade is even more memorable. Hopefully more of GS2 will join us next year.
